These Terms and Conditions explain how your donation will be used and how we care for your information.

By donating, you agree to the terms below:

1. About Your Donation

All donations are made voluntarily and are non-refundable. Your contribution helps support GCL's programmes, services, and initiatives for children.

 

2. How Donations Are Used

If you indicate a specific purpose for your donation, we will use it for that purpose wherever possible. If circumstances change, we may redirect the funds to other areas of need so that your donation can continue to make a meaningful impact.

3. Payments

Donations are processed in Singapore Dollars (S$) through secure and approved payment providers. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate to allow us to process your donation smoothly.

4. Tax-Deductible Receipts

Tax-deductible receipts will be issued where donations qualify under Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) guidelines and valid identification details (such as NRIC, FIN, or UEN) are provided. For questions about tax eligibility, we recommend referring to IRAS guidelines.

5. Your Personal Data

We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected and handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Your information is used only for purposes such as:

• processing your donation

• issuing receipts

• donor records and communications

• audit, reporting, and legal requirements

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes.
